These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between You and BNB Guidebooks LLC (hereinafter referred to as the Company) and govern your use of the Website and related Company Services.

The company offers tenants to easily get information about the apartment they rent, and also the company offers apartment owners to easily transfer this information to the tenants.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, which govern your use of the Company Services, by agreeing on which you confirm and fully agree all the indicated provisions.

If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms and conditions.

If you don’t agree with these Terms and Conditions, you mustn’t select “I agree” button and may not use the services.

Our software solutions, all related intellectual property and content of any other kind are all the exclusive property of BNB Guidebooks.

Your registration or use of any our services shall be deemed to be your agreement to abide by this Agreement including but not limited to our Privacy Policies. You can see our Privacy Policies on our website. You acknowledge that you have reviewed our Privacy Policy.

The Company has the right to unilaterally make changes to these Terms and Conditions (also in Privacy Policy) by publishing it on the website at any time without the consent of the Customer.

Because the online service provided by BNB Guidebooks, we occasionally may need to notify all the users of our service about the important announcements regarding the operation of our services.

The Company requests personal information from the Customer as needed to provide effective service and takes care of its security and non-disclosure.

These terms and conditions are regulated by the legislation of Georgia.

1. Definition of the terms

1.1. The terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the following meanings:

1.1.1. Website – means the website – ———–, owned by the Company through which the Customer receives a link containing information about the details of the apartment available on various rental websites, which he provides to the tenant of the apartment.

1.1.2. Personal account – means the account registered by the Customer on the website.

1.1.3. Authorization – means the Customer’s access to a personal account as defined by these terms and conditions.

1.1.4. Services – means the relevant services provided by the Company.

1.1.5. Apartment – means apartment owned and rented by the Customer.

1.1.6. Link – means the link with the information about the apartment, including address and all the other information provided by the Customer.

1.1.7. Company – means BNB Guidebooks LLC (I/C 402208053) Legal address: Didube District, Nino Ramishvili Street N2, Apartment 63.

1.1.8. Customer – means the person who places an apartment for rent on the relevant rental website and uses the Company’s services.

1.1.9. Tenant – means the person who rents the apartment of the Customer.

1.1.10. Payment System – means the payment system used by a company through which a customer pays a monthly fee for services.

1.1.11. Parties – means the Company and the Customer.

1.1.12. Third party – any person other than the Company and the Customer.

2. Statements and Guarantees

2.1. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, the Customer confirms that:

2.1.1. The Customer has the full authority to sign and fulfill the obligations under these Terms or any other agreements and applications;

2.1.2. Has Read and agrees to these Terms and Conditions;

2.1.3. All materials and information provided by him/her are accurate.

2.1.4. Is not involved in any illegal activities provided by the legislation of any jurisdiction.

2.1.5. When opening a personal account and for the entire period of validity of the Agreement, his/her activities and/or actions are/will be in accordance with local and/or international legislation;

2.1.6. Will conscientiously, fully and duly comply with these Terms and Conditions, as well as the obligations under the Agreement.

2.2. The Company is not responsible for the following:

2.2.1. The essence of the information placed by the Customer on the Website which is shared via a Link;

2.2.2. Any damage caused by improper performance or non-performance of the obligations by the Customer;

2.2.3. The accuracy of any information provided by the Customer to the Company and any damage caused by such inaccuracy;

2.2.4. Damage caused by the Customer to the third parties;
